I am currently living in the apartment. I will move out at the end of March, and I am trying to help my landlord find the subsequent tenant. I am putting this ad in English because my German is bad; it would be very helpful during the viewing if you could speak some English.
The location is very nice - it’s quiet and has attractive surroundings with plenty of cafes and small shops around. U-bahn Adenauerplatz (U7) and S-bahn Halensee (S41, S42, S46) are about 10 minutes walk. Bus lines 104, 110, 310, M19 and M29 are all within 5 minutes. The apartment is on the first floor. It's in good condition and equipped with high quality electrical appliances. There is a small, but good kitchen. There is no dishwasher unfortunately, as the kitchen is small. Everything in the photos will be in the apartment, including the vacuum cleaner, the dishes, the pots, etc. The bed is built in the wardrobe and it is quite easy to move it up and down.
The landlord is friendly and helpful. He prefers long-term tenants with minimum tenancy of 12 months. The rent is 650, and additional 40 euro for estimated energy consumption (which will be adjusted at the end of the year). Deposit is 1500 euro.
