We are looking for a new tenant for our apartment in Bergheim. The apartment is about 70 square meters, with two very large rooms, a small entrance and a big bathroom. All the rooms have large windows. About the rooms: The bedroom is large enough to have a big wardrobe, a double bed and either extra furniture for storage or a small desk. The living room is very big and well designed in a convenient squared shape. In one corner there is the kitchen, separated by a small wall. The bathroom is a large squared room, which has a lot of space for washing machine, drying stand, etc. The shower is large and tall. The entrance is itself a small room, which can host additional storage space. The apartment is located on the side of a closed courtyard, together with other buildings. Being behind another building that faces the main street, it is extremely quiet, and road noise cannot be heard (even the tram cannot be heard!). The place is a 5 minutes walk from Bismarckplatz, close to supermarkets, restaurants, caffes, etc. A bus and tram stop is just across the street, connecting directly with the HD main station. The heating can be managed independently, with direct control to the water boiler. The apartment is currently partly furnished, and we are looking for people that also need to buy the furniture (fully furnished bedroom and bathroom, couch and living room furniture, dishwasher, washing machine). Indicative price is 2500-3000. The kitchen is already provided, and does not need to be bought. We do not speak German, sorry! (But we speak English, Italian and Spanish)
