As I'm moving away from Heilbronn, my room in our 2-girl shared flat in the student dormitory will be free. So if you're looking for a nice room in a great location with really great flatmate from 15 June, then get in touch with us :)

I am offering my room till 30 September 2024, but we can also extend the contract with the agreement of Studierendenwerk Facility management.

The bright, modern apartment is on the 3rd floor and has 2 shared rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The rent is 342 euro per month. All additional costs are included. Caution is 450 euro.

Room:
Spacious and well-lit
Fully furnished with a bed with mattress, desk, chair, bookshelf and closet with mirror.

The dormitory is located in very nice and convenient place. This dormitory is so close to Hochschule Heilbronn. There are three bus stopages in three sides within 4 to 9 minutes of walking distance. There are a two super markets nearby, Netto (4 minutes of walking distance), and Edeka (10 minutes of walking distance). There is also a pharmacy and Doctor centre near Netto.

City centre and central train station is 12 and 16 minutes by bus respactively. Also there are good connection to Buildungscampus Heilbronn. The bus connections are so frequent.

Currently we are two girls are living in our sweet cozy apartment. My flatmate is an exchange student. She is 20 years old very nice and amiable girl. We like to do all kinds of things together or whip up a delicious meal or two in our kitchen. Our shared flat life is totally relaxed and harmonious. Nevertheless, everyone understands when you need time for yourself and want some peace and quiet.

This dormitory has facility of washing machine and dryer. You can also park your bicycle in the cellar. We also have spaces to park your car. Moreover, you will have all the student facilities in this dormitory.
