ich suche nach einem Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit 50m² in Gallus.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Min. entfernt vom Skyline Plaza und ca.7 Min. vom S-Bahnhof Galluswarte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind sehr gemütlich.

Warmmiete ist 1250€ monatlich (980€ Kaltmiete + 270€ Nebenkosten) und die Kaution ist 3x Kaltmiete (3x980€ = 2940€).
Die Nebenkosten enthalten alle Diensten, Internet und Strom sind ausgeschloßen, für die beiden ist einen zusätzlichen Vertrag mit einem Anbieter nötig.

Zusätzlich müssen meine Waschmaschine, ein 140x200cm Bett, einen Kleidschrank,einen Esstisch, 3 Stühle und eine Banke für den Balkon für 200€ übernommen werden.

Haustiere sind erlaubt.

Additionally, I would like to sell my washing machine, bed, a small bench for the balcony, a small dining table with 3 chairs and a small closet all for 200€.

Pets are allowed.

Hola! Busco a alguien que pueda tomar mi apartamento de 2 habitaciones. El apartamento tiene 50m² y está ubicado aproximadamente a 5 minutos de Skyline Plaza y a aproximadamente 7 minutos de la estación de S-Bahn Galluswarte.

La conexión con los medios de transporte y supermercados es muy cómoda desde aquí.

El precio de renta total (Warmmiete) es de 1250€ por mes (980€ de renta (Kaltmiete) + 270€ de gastos adicionales (Nebenkosten), los cuales incluyen todos los servicios, excepto internet y electricidad, para estos servicios se requiere un contrato aparte con el proveedor deseado).
