Die Einliegerwohnung mit einem möblierten Wohnraum, Küche und Bad kann zum Wohnen auf Zeit oder als Arbeitszimmer benutzt werden. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 2 Monate.
Das Wohn/Schlafzimmer und die kleine Küche befindet sich im 2011 neu gebauten Obergeschoss des Seitenflügels eines Zweifamilienhauses am Elbhang in Blankenese. Zum Zimmer gehört ein kleiner Balkon mit Elbblick.
Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer (OG) mit Küche (OG) und Bad (EG) ist für Dich alleine. Den Flur im Erdgeschoss benutzen ich mit. Ich selbst wohne und arbeite nebenan im übrigen Teil der Wohnung.
Das Bett ist ein Sofa Multy von Roset 160 x 200 mit einer Tempurauflage. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage an einem Fußweg. Bis zum Elbstrand sind es 100 Meter. Von dort kann man mit dem Fahrrad autofrei an der Elbe entlang zum Fähranleger in Teufelsbrück (ca. 15 min) und zum Zentrum von Altona (ca. 40 min) fahren. Etwa 30 Minuten dauert das mit Bus und S-Bahn.
Parkplätze gibt es nur an der Straße an der Elbe und das auch nicht immer in der Nähe. Auf dem Fußweg zur Wohnung gibt es einige Treppen: 30 Stufen außen und 20 Stufen im Haus.

The lodger apartment with a furnished living room, kitchen and bathroom can be used for temporary living or as an office. The minimum rental period is 2 months.
The living/bedroom and the small kitchen are located on the upper floor of the lateral wing of a two-family house on the Elbe slope in Blankenese, which was newly built in 2011. A small balcony with view of the Elbe belongs to the room.
The living/bedroom (upper floor) with kitchen (upper floor) and bathroom (ground floor) is for you alone. I share the hallway on the ground floor. I myself live and work next door in the remaining part of the apartment.
The bed is a sofa Multy from Roset 160 x 200 with a Tempur topper. The house is in a quiet location on a footpath. It is 100 meters to the beach on the Elbe. From there you can go by bike car-free along the Elbe to the Ferry landing stage in Teufelsbrück (about 15 min) and to the center of Altona (about 40 min). It takes about 30 minutes by bus and S-Bahn.
Parking is only available on the street by the Elbe and not always nearby. There are some stairs on the way to the apartment: 30 steps outside and 20 steps inside the house.
