We have to move permanently in Australia, so I am looking for a new tenant for our apartment. The apartment is very new (build on 2016) and we were actually the first that we have lived here. The rent is very cheap, 811 euro warmmiete including the parking space. The apartment is 71s.m. with floor heating, two bathrooms, a large balcony, huge backyard for kids to play. It has two bedrooms and one huge living room with kitchen. The fitted kitchen is ours and if you are interested we can sell it in a very very good price. Also it's on Friedrichstadt near to the Dresden Mitte and to the Dresden Bahnhof Mitte bus/train stops. The lines that comes in these stops are 1/2/6/10/11/94 RE/S/S1/S2/TLX Pets are also allowed.
