I am subletting this modern, cozy apartment for 1 year, possibly longer. The apartment complex is from the seventies and looks a bit run-down on the outside, but the apartment is top-notch. It was completely refurbished in 2017 (new soundproof windows, new bathroom, new kitchen, new washing machine, new furniture). The apartment includes a kitchenette, a bathroom, one room and a small balcony. It is fully furnished and everything that you see in the pictures will be at your disposal. There are several supermarkets (ALDI, Edeka, DM, a pharmacy and backeries) very close by, as well as a bus stop for bus No. 33 / tram No. 22 that will take you downtown in no time. Apartment amenities include: - remote control electric blinds - insect screen on the balcony door - fast WiFi - a Samsung TV set - cable TV - a Siemens washing machine, bought in 2017 - free parking space in an underground parking lot. The price is fixed at 750€ per month which includes all running costs (water, heating, electricity, Internet). I’d say the apartment is too small for 2 people, but if you prefer to share it with someone, I will charge additional 50€ for the extra running costs, i.e. the total monthly price would be 800€ in that case. No pets, no smoking!
