The chalet is accessible via 40 steps from the parking area and available for stays of over 3 months. It has stunning views from the sunny terrace over the hilltops and village with clean air and great quality water. There is a large terrace with a table for dining and a wood storage area with shed. The internal area is approximately 60 sq. m. There is a garden with pond and fruit trees. The chalet is detached with no immediate neighbours on the same level. It is powered by wood and electricity.
The space
The chalet is wood powered, including the bath and shower, which needs to be preheated using briquettes. The kitchen and bathroom sinks have immediate electric hot water heaters installed. Hot water for bathing is therefore not immediate since there is no gas supply in the village. The chalet has lots of character and is rural living absolute. It is quite the opposite of a modern air-conditioned hotel. The lounge is heated using a powerful wood-burning stove. Wood and briquettes can be arranged for a reasonable fee. Washing machine available. Internet available.
